We have purchased and sold many homes over a 45 year period and Shannon is at the top of any real estate professional with whom we have met. Three agents were interviewed by us for our most recent home sale. Shannon came prepared with a well designed and thought out presentation. She did not give us comps until she had visited our home and was the ONLY agent to provide us with comps outside of our subdivision. These numbers were presented to us in a manner that we had never experienced with estimates of how quickly the home would sell based on the price at which we listed it. The sign was posted at 5 pm one day, we had requests for showings within 3 hours. An offer was made, countered and contract signed within 72 hours of the posting of the for sale sign. We also had a contingent lot which Shannon sold at a very good price without it even being listed! We recommend her highly!
